Send a report without signing in

Email launchpadpurdue@gmail.com with the subject “Launchpad content removal.” If an email link does not open, copy this address into your email service. Anyone can report content, including people who do not have an account.

Tell us which photo, comment, profile, testimonial, or other item is involved. Include its page address or a description with the team, mission, approximate date, and location on the page. Explain the concern and give a safe email address where we can reply. Send only the information needed to locate and review the item.

Use this process for privacy concerns, harassment, impersonation, copyright issues, withdrawal of photo permission, or material shared without consent. For account records or a copy of your data, see the privacy request instructions.

Intimate images shared without consent

Intimate imagery is prohibited on Launchpad. If a real or digitally created or altered intimate image depicts you without your consent, you or a person authorized to act for you can request its removal. You do not need to own the copyright or have an account.

Email launchpadpurdue@gmail.com with “Urgent intimate image removal” in the subject. Include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature, such as your typed name. If acting for someone else, state that you are authorized to do so.
2. Enough information to identify and locate the image, such as the page address and the post or photo description.
3. A statement that you believe in good faith that the image was published without the depicted person's consent.
4. A safe email address or other contact information so we can respond.

You do not have to find every duplicate. Please do not attach or forward the intimate image itself, and do not send identity documents with your initial report. We may ask for the minimum additional information needed to locate the content or clarify the request.

We prioritize these reports, remove content that violates our rules, and look for known identical copies on our service. The TAKE IT DOWN Act requires covered platforms to act on a valid request within 48 hours and make reasonable efforts to remove known identical copies. Copyright concerns

If you own a work or are authorized to represent its owner, identify the original work, the Launchpad material you believe infringes it, and where we can find that material. Include your contact details and signature. Explain why you believe the use is unauthorized, including any relevant license or permission information.

For a formal copyright complaint, also state that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law, and that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner. Only make statements you can truthfully affirm.

This club contact is our content-reporting channel. We do not represent it as a registered DMCA designated agent. You can still use it to request removal, and we may remove material under our site rules. Being pictured in a photo can raise a privacy concern even if you do not own its copyright.

What happens after a report

A club organizer reviews the report, locates the content, and may restrict access while investigating. We may contact you for clarification and tell you what action we took or why more information is needed. If a report involves a legal obligation, we follow the applicable process and deadlines.

We limit access to report details to people and providers who need them to handle the concern, comply with law, or protect safety. A report may need to be discussed with the contributor, but we avoid unnecessarily sharing the reporter's contact details or sensitive information.

To follow up or ask us to reconsider, reply to the same email thread and identify the content. We may retain a limited record of a report and action taken to prevent repeated abuse or meet a legal obligation. Removing content here cannot erase screenshots or copies held by other people or services.
